How does my New Registration Gift Code work?
Your new ISR Registration Gift Code is our way of saying “thanks” for enrolling your little one(s) in ISR!  Redeemable for up to $15 dollars per New ISR Registration completed, your gift code can be used for any item here on our store, isn’t redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred, but is otherwise simple and fun.  Unfortunately, we are a bit limited in the actual transaction because we don’t have a way to credit any portion of the gift if your purchase does not meet or exceed $15, nor do we currently have a way to apply it to shipping.

How accurate are the swim diaper sizes?
ISR Lessons are custom tailored to each little one because every child is unique.  Similarly, as a parent you know there isn’t really “one size fits all” anything for kids.  To give us the best opportunity to send you the most appropriate swim diaper, please make your order based on your child’s weight as opposed to age conveniently located on each product page.

I received the wrong items when my order was delivered. What do I do?
Despite our best efforts, mistakes are made, and if we’ve made one on your order, we will make it right, please contact us and we’ll get started!

I ordered the wrong size for my child. How do I make an exchange?
We’ll be happy to exchange the item provided

• (a) you assume the cost of shipping the return (this is how we keep our shipping costs reasonable for all of our customers)
• (b) you complete an exchange request form including your full name, order number, and reason for exchanging your purchase
• (c) the item is returned to us in new, unused condition within 30 days of your original purchase
